The Court has rescheduled our hearing to December 16 at 2 PM ET (11 AM PT) before Judge William G. Young in Courtroom 18.
You’ll still be able to register to listen in to the oral arguments but you have to wait until two days before the hearing to register here:

You may have seen news about the recent Valame ruling from the Ninth Circuit. That decision changes nothing about our case. It simply formalizes an earlier ruling and means that Trump’s team can no longer appeal within that circuit; their only option now would be to go directly to the Supreme Court. Our path forward in Massachusetts is unchanged.
We continue to fight for the simple, constitutional truth: women’s equality under the law is non-negotiable.
