On July 2nd of 2019 EQUAL MEANS EQUAL filed an Amicus Brief in the “Bostock” case in support of the LGBTQ+ community, asserting that we agree the word “sex”includes“gender” and that the ERA would protect ALL Americans regardless of sex or gender identity.
