On May 17th of 2018 EQUAL MEANS EQUAL filed a complaint against Betsy Devos in her role as Secretary of Education for weakening Title IX in U.S. schools and colleges. Title IX, like the Equal Right Amendment, requires equal treatment and equal protection to all, regardless of sex.
