National Women Veterans United (NWVU), the International Association of Military Women of Color (IAMWOC), the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC), and additional amici filed this brief in the United States Supreme Court urging the Court to recognize EQUAL MEANS EQUAL v. Trump as parallel litigation and ensure that women’s constitutional equality claims are heard.
The brief argues that women should not be asked to defend a Constitution that continues to deny them full legal equality.
