Communications Director - The Glitter Tornado
Alice Crenshaw puts her background in fine arts and education along with her Political Science degree from Austin Peay to good use as our Communications Director. Originally from the Cleveland area, this mom and military spouse has lived all over the country and abroad, bringing with her a love for diversity and a dedication to inclusion to the Equal Means Equal team. Nicknamed the “Glitter Tornado” she has been involved with numerous projects and organizations over the years, including founding Strike for America in 2022. Known for her enthusiasm, Mrs. Crenshaw can usually be found getting into some “good trouble” of one kind or another.
