Update on EME Lawsuit from Boston

Many of us came from far and wide to Boston to appear in Massachusetts federal court but the judge cancelled our hearing.
We were very disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to argue our case yesterday.

The hearing has been rescheduled for September 25th at 2:30.
We urge our members go to the court in person if possible!
